A new website is not a cosmetic refresh that fades into the background after a few weeks. It is an opportunity to show clearly what we stand for today, how we work and what clients can expect from inMotion. Owner Oliver Zeiger has worked in media and advertising since 1998 and specialised in web design in 2012. Together with readily available cooperation partners, inMotion combines personal project leadership with the capabilities of a flexible specialist team. This allows us to approach a compact website with the same focus as a large international project.
The new presence makes this way of working visible. It presents inMotion as an owner-led cooperation agency for full-service web design: personally organised, technically versatile and without pretending to be a large agency with layers of permanent departments. Our strength is not a large organisation chart. It is the ability to bring the right people together for each assignment.
A new look for a broader digital focus
Web design today is far more than designing and publishing a conventional WordPress website. WordPress remains an important part of our work: a powerful system that is easy for editorial teams to manage and flexible to extend. But not every project needs the same technical foundation. Some websites are deliberately built with lean PHP, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Others use AI-assisted WordPress workflows with Novamira. For projects where content and frontend need to evolve independently, a headless WordPress setup with Astro may be the better choice.
What matters is not the buzzword, but the solution that fits the project. Sometimes that is a corporate website with clear editorial workflows. Sometimes it is a WooCommerce shop that needs to scale reliably. Sometimes it is a custom integration, an AI-assisted process or a modern headless architecture. Full service does not mean filling every project with the same components. It means considering strategy, content, UX/UI, design, development, SEO and GEO, hosting, maintenance, performance, security, privacy, mobile optimisation and accessibility as one connected system.
Why the logo now looks beyond WordPress
The logo has also been refined with intention. The highlighted M in inMotion remains the distinctive core of the brand. The line underneath now more broadly reads “Agency for Web Design”. This is not a move away from WordPress, but an opening towards what comes next.
At a time when AI is changing how websites are created and developed, calling ourselves only a WordPress agency would be too narrow. We build and improve WordPress websites, use AI where it genuinely improves workflows or outcomes, and also create custom web solutions and headless projects. The logo represents this approach: a familiar foundation that continues to evolve and leaves room for the technology a project actually needs.
Why are we called inMotion?
inMotion means exactly what it says: being in motion. That describes the world we work in. Web design, media and marketing do not stand still. Technologies change, user expectations grow, new platforms emerge and what is considered a good standard today can become a missed opportunity tomorrow.
For us, staying in motion does not mean chasing every trend. We assess new tools, methods and technologies by one simple question: do they genuinely help a project? Does a website become clearer, faster, safer or easier to find? Does it create more room for strong content and a stronger brand? Only then does something new become a real advantage for our clients.
This forward-looking perspective has shaped inMotion from the beginning. From the first digital design tools to WordPress and modern shops, and now AI, GEO and headless architectures, we continuously develop our work so that clients receive solutions that fit their requirements today and tomorrow.
Using AI where it genuinely improves a project
For us, AI is not an effect that merely needs to look modern. It supports research, structuring, ideation, content processes, image development, prototyping, programming and quality assurance. This helps us review options earlier, make connections visible sooner and prepare complex tasks more thoroughly. Responsibility for strategy, quality, privacy, brand impact and technical decisions remains with people.
This combination of AI and experience is especially valuable when projects do not follow a fixed pattern. A start-up may need a convincing foundation for its market launch. A medium-sized business may want to modernise its presence without abandoning established processes. Industrial companies, corporations and global players often need resilient structures, clear responsibilities and technical security. Agencies sometimes need dependable implementation capacity in the background. In the TV industry, design, production and tight schedules need to work together. Our services are designed to take these different situations seriously.
Being discoverable on Google and in AI systems
With this broader focus, GEO, or Generative Engine Optimization, becomes increasingly important. It means preparing content and technical foundations so that brands, services and expertise are understandable and discoverable not only through traditional search engines, but also in generative AI systems. This does not require pages filled with artificial AI terminology. It requires clear statements, understandable services, unambiguous connections and content that answers real questions.
GEO does not replace proven disciplines. Traditional search engine optimisation, fast load times, security, privacy, mobile optimisation and accessibility remain the foundation of a strong digital presence. A website needs to give people clear orientation, remain readable for search engines, work reliably across devices and protect sensitive data. AI extends this work; it does not make it redundant.
A visual language, not a representation of a physical office
The new website also establishes a distinctive visual language. Some of the images were created or refined with the help of artificial intelligence, then carefully selected, adapted and integrated into the relevant page context. The imagery brings together modern architecture, natural materials, workspaces and open landscapes.
The aim is not to suggest a particular office size, a permanent location or a working day behind glass façades. The images are not documentary records of individual rooms, teams or client meetings. They form a deliberately designed visual language for the way we understand, plan and support projects.
Landscapes represent perspective, orientation and the ability to consider complex subjects with a sense of calm. Architecture represents structure, quality and the connection between design and technology. Workspaces, documents and credible working materials convey focus, care and collaboration.
Where screens appear, they belong to a specific working situation. Notes, wireframes, printouts, keyboards and project documents are present because people genuinely work with them. They are not arbitrary decoration. They help illustrate what consulting, web design and digital collaboration can look like in practice.
The visual language can feel sophisticated and international without depicting an office address, a company location or a particular company size. It reflects our standards for projects, not the floor plan of an agency.
That is why we will continue to review and refine this visual language. Less interchangeable futuristic scenery, and a more credible connection to web design, consulting and digital collaboration.
Personally led, directly connected to specialists
inMotion is intentionally organised around direct contact. With Oliver Zeiger, you have one consistent point of contact, short communication paths and clear project leadership. At the same time, our cooperation partners are readily available and closely integrated into the work, much like colleagues within the same company. This is different from a loose network that needs to search for an available freelancer every time a new project begins.
For many services, we can choose from several partners with different areas of specialisation. This means we can select not only the required discipline, but the right experience within that discipline: for a particular platform, industry, project size or international assignment. A project does not simply go to whoever happens to be free. We assemble a team whose expertise, technical background and working style fit the requirements.
This does not make inMotion a large agency. It makes us scalable. The core remains lean while the project team can grow with the assignment. Clients retain the personal contact and accountability of an owner-led agency while gaining access to the specialist expertise required for large and international projects.
From the first project to a complex digital platform
This approach works for very different kinds of projects. Founders and start-ups get a clear foundation for market entry. Small and medium-sized businesses get a professional presence that can be maintained over the long term. Industrial companies, corporations and global players benefit from specialist expertise, resilient technology and collaboration that fits into existing structures. Agencies can discreetly extend capacity and technical knowledge. We also create fitting websites for productions, film companies and people in the TV industry.
Project size does not determine how carefully we work. What matters is who the website needs to reach, what role it plays within the organisation and which solution will remain viable over time. A compact website can be just as strategically important as an international platform involving multiple languages, systems and stakeholders.
