Ongoing editorial work – such as new blog posts, images, copy and company information – or adding new products and categories in WooCommerce is not included. We will be happy to prepare a tailored offer based on your requirements.

AI website maintenance plans already include a monthly care allowance. If you need more time each month for ongoing care and further development, we can offer an additional package tailored to your needs.

This offer is available exclusively to companies, self-employed professionals, agencies, public institutions and organizations.

Payment can be made quarterly, semi-annually or annually. The contract term corresponds to the selected payment period of three, six or twelve months. The contract may be cancelled no later than seven days before the end of that period. Otherwise, it automatically renews for the same period.

Before taking over maintenance, we check your website for security gaps, outdated systems and faulty technology. If an update is required first, we will prepare a separate offer.

Plugins installed by the customer are also updated by us. However, if errors are caused by these plugins, we will have to charge for fixing them.

Unused support time cannot be carried over to the next month.
